Greenbutts filters are made of a patented blend of food-grade natural fiber including hemp, cotton flock, wood pulp and abaca (also known as ‘Manila hemp’), and bio-degrade within a few days. These filters provide the same taste and filtration properties of traditional acetate filters, which could take up to 15 years to degrade.
